Our Warranty Commitment
At Cela Jewels, we are committed to offering exceptional luxury watches, fine jewelry, and dependable client care. For eligible purchases, we provide a limited product warranty to give you added confidence in your purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Eligible Products
This warranty applies to eligible watches and jewelry purchased directly from Cela Jewels, unless otherwise stated in the product listing, invoice, or accompanying documentation.
What This Warranty Covers
- Mechanical defects in eligible timepieces resulting from faulty workmanship
- Manufacturing defects in materials under normal use
- Covered issues that arise despite proper care, storage, and handling
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, abuse, or misuse
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, cleaning, or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, scuffs, fading, bracelet stretch, or finish wear
- Water damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer water-resistance guidelines
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, service, polishing, or modification by a third party
- Damage caused by external forces, chemicals, fire, flood, or other environmental conditions
- Loss of stones, bent prongs, broken chains, clasps, or jewelry damage caused by impact or improper wear
- Batteries, straps, bracelets, crystals, crowns, and other consumable or wearable components unless failure is due to a covered manufacturing defect
- Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of use, inconvenience, or loss of income
Pre-Owned Watches
Pre-owned watches are inspected and tested before sale. However, due to the nature of pre-owned goods, cosmetic wear and age-related characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty unless specifically included in writing.
Jewelry Warranty Limitations
Jewelry should be worn with care. This warranty does not cover damage caused by daily wear, accidental snagging, chipped stones, worn prongs, or improper sizing performed outside of Cela Jewels.
How to Request Warranty Service
To begin a warranty claim, please contact us by phone or email with your order details and a description of the issue. If your claim appears eligible, we will provide return instructions and any additional information needed to process your request.
Inspection and Approval
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Cela Jewels or our authorized service partners. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether the issue is covered under this limited warranty.
Our Responsibility
If a claim is approved, Cela Jewels may, at our discretion, repair the item, replace the item with the same or a comparable product, or provide another appropriate remedy based on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Shipping and Handling
Clients are responsible for securely packaging and sending items for warranty review unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a warranty claim is approved, Cela Jewels may cover return shipping at our discretion.
Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the item from Cela Jewels. It does not extend to gift recipients, subsequent owners, or resale purchasers unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or sales receipt, is required for all warranty claims.
Limitations
This warranty is provided in lieu of any other express warranties, except where prohibited by law. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to This Warranty
Cela Jewels reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Product Warranty at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by law.
