Shipping Overview

Cela Jewels ships luxury watches and fine jewelry nationwide from our New York City showroom. All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Shipment Timing

In-Stock Inventory

All items available for immediate purchase are in stock and ready to ship. For verified payments received before 4 pm EST, we typically ship the same business day. Orders received after 4 pm EST may ship the next business day once payment is verified. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Price On Request / Special Orders

Items marked "Price On Request" or "Special Order" typically ship within 3-10 business days from order date.

These pieces are specially sourced from our trusted suppliers to fulfill your exact specifications. Because these items are specially ordered from our supplier, there might be a slight delay in shipment compared to our in-stock inventory.

Pre-Shipment Quality Assurance

Every watch and jewelry piece undergoes our rigorous pre-shipment process:

  • Pulled from secure inventory and verified against website listing
  • Original box, papers, and accessories matched to description
  • Expert watchmaker inspection for cosmetic condition and timing accuracy
  • Water resistance testing (when applicable)
  • Jewelry verification—stone security, metal condition, settings inspected

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship via FedEx with the following options:

  • FedEx 2-Day (Free on all domestic orders)
  • FedEx Overnight (Rates may vary)

All shipments are fully insured free of charge and are inspected and securely packaged.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • Billing addresses (verified against payment method)
  • Business addresses with valid contact information

For security and insurance purposes, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International shipping available—contact us for rates.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided following shipment of your order.

Sales Tax & Fees

New York State law requires collection of sales tax on shipping and handling fees for taxable orders shipped to NY addresses. Tax applies based on your shipping destination.

Signature & Delivery Requirements

All packages require adult signature upon delivery due to high-value contents. Shipping attempts occur Monday-Friday during business hours.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. The buyer assumes responsibility for filing any claims related to loss or theft with the carrier.

Multiple Item Orders

Items may ship separately based on availability. Each package includes individual tracking. We'll notify you of any split shipments.

Shipping Delays

Occasional carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume may occur. We ship promptly but cannot control carrier transit times.

Inspection Upon Receipt

Examine your watch or jewelry immediately upon delivery. In the rare event of receiving a damaged item, contact our team within 24 hours of receiving shipment. Our team promptly handles claims.

Business Hours

Our shipping team operates Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST (excluding major holidays). Orders placed after hours or on weekends process the next business day.
