Our Return Policy

At Cela Jewels, we take pride in offering luxury watches and fine jewelry with care, precision, and transparency. Because of the high-value nature of our products, all return and refund requests are reviewed carefully in accordance with the terms below.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be considered for return within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • All original packaging, accessories, certificates, warranty cards, manuals, tags, and documentation must be included
  • Any complimentary items included with the order must also be returned

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Due to the value of our watches and jewelry, an unboxing video is mandatory for all orders. This video will be required in the event of an incorrect item, damaged item, or missing contents claim.

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the contents as received. Claims without complete unboxing video evidence may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Final sale items
  • Items that were worn, damaged, altered, or misused
  • Requested items/special order items and sourced specific timepieces
  • Custom jewelry pieces
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Security deposits, where applicable
  • Items sold during promotional events

Condition Requirements

Returned watches and jewelry must not show signs of wear, sizing damage, scratches, polishing, stone loss, setting damage, or any form of alteration after delivery. Watches must not be opened, serviced, adjusted beyond normal inspection, or handled by a third party. Jewelry must not be resized, repaired, or modified outside of Cela Jewels.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Cela Jewels within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, the reason for the request, and any supporting photos or videos.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to an incorrect item or a verified issue caused by us. We strongly recommend using a secure, trackable, and fully insured shipping method. Cela Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved return and exchange requests. This fee covers inspection, handling, payment processing, and re-listing costs associated with high-value merchandise.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, and non-refundable processing costs.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees, rush shipping fees, insurance surcharges, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified mistake on our part.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to the same return conditions and the 15% restocking fee. Any price difference between the original item and the replacement item must be paid before the exchange is completed.

Warranty Coverage

Cela Jewels stands behind eligible purchases with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If it is determined by Cela Jewels that a repair under warranty is required by one of our expert watchmakers, our team will direct you on how to safely and efficiently ship the watch to us. If an item fails due to a covered defect within the warranty period, we may repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, & improper handling.
  • External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
  • Defects caused by outside force or improper use. Consequential and incidental damages.
  • Water damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
  • Loss of stones, damage to settings.
  • Third-party repairs, unauthorized modifications.
  • Shipping costs related to warranty review.

Water Resistance Notice

Watches labeled as water resistant must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. The crown should always be fully screwed down to ensure the watch case remains watertight. Water damage caused by improper use, including an unscrewed or improperly secured crown, is not covered unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by Cela Jewels.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Your claim must include clear photos of the packaging, product, and the required unboxing video.

We reserve the right to investigate all such claims before approving a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Order Accuracy

Please review all model, reference, style, and sizing details carefully before completing your purchase. Once an invoice has been paid, all sales and security deposits are final and non-refundable. Cela Jewels is not responsible for customer ordering errors.

Right to Refuse Returns

Cela Jewels reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, including items returned late, worn, altered, incomplete, or without required documentation or video evidence.
